Project Overview

The 7m caged access ladder package was produced to convert vertical access requirements into a controlled SolidWorks assembly and fabrication reference set. The model coordinates ladder sections, cage hoops, wall brackets, top landing geometry, guardrails, spreader plates, and fixing positions before release to manufacture.

Engineering Challenge

The main engineering challenge was coordinating a tall vertical access system with safe climb protection, wall fixing constraints, top landing access, and fabrication clarity. The public website version exposes only approved render, GLB, and redacted PDF resources.

Design Solution

The final solution uses a vertical ladder assembly with safety cage hoops, wall brackets, ladder rungs, detachable lower protection, spreader plates, and a guarded top landing. The public-facing package follows the 01/02 pattern with render, GLB model, redacted fabrication PDF, and redacted assembly PDF.
