Inflatable Obstacle Castle Unit
A picture-to-CAD and reverse-engineering case study for an inflatable outdoor play unit. The SolidWorks model was reconstructed from supplied visual references and measured scale information into a clean public-facing CAD asset, showing the inflatable enclosure, slide exit, mesh window zones, tower forms, entry openings, and colour-blocked layout.

The project focused on reverse-engineering a supplied inflatable product image into a structured SolidWorks model. Proportions were established from scale references and developed using a 1:1 modelling workflow. The public version keeps the work generic and NDA-safe while showing the modelling method, inflatable form control, and browser-ready 3D output.

Engineering Challenge
The main challenge was recreating soft inflated geometry, mesh-like panels, slide features, and proportional play zones inside a mechanical CAD workflow without exposing internal project names, client references, or drawing identifiers.
Design Solution
The final public case study uses an approved render, generic project naming, and a Draco-compressed GLB model. The asset is intended for visual review and portfolio demonstration, not as a public certification or manufacturing release document.
